Controls & Drives Maintenance Engineer - Tires

Ensures the implementation of the preventive maintenance plan;

Ensures a proper diagnostic of electrical problems, repair and start/restart of production machineries of the area of responsibility in case of breakdowns;

Manage Controls & Drives equipment spare part in cooperation with Purchasing Department;

Is responsible for coordination of external companies on daily work and equipment upgrade, including cleanliness and tidiness, in his/her area of responsibility;

Respects all internal procedures, also outside of normal working time, according to emergency concept and planning in the hotline system;

Ensures structured project management; 

Identifies, analyses and ensures the implementation of potential Controls & Drives improvements (including costs saving and energy saving, downtime and scrap reduction) on area production machineries in cooperation with other departments;

Transfer knowledge to all Electricians (Craftsmen) in order to ensure best maintenance practice for Controls & Drives systems;

Maintains an updated Controls & Drives documentation in the area (electrical plans, troubleshooting guides).
