Main responsibilities:

  • Identifying non-conformities that have occurred on site and informing the superior immediately;
  • Participating, verifying, and preparing documents related to the quality reception of materials on site;
  • Verifying the execution of works in accordance with the project, contractual specifications, quality control plan, and technical procedures;
  • Verifying and confirming the quality documentation related to situations of work issued by subcontractors or to the final beneficiary;
  • Performing visual and technical inspections of structural elements, ensuring alignment, distances, and leveling;
  • Conducting periodic inspections on site, including those of subcontractors' works, to verify compliance with quality requirements;
  • Publishing inspection reports and official documentation of identified non-conformities;
  • Verifying the quality execution and preparing reports of non-conformity for defects or lack of documentation;
  • Preparing and verifying documents that attest to the quality of works, such as process records, test reports, declarations of conformity, and tables of rates;
  • Verifying the quality documentation related to materials used and transmitting it for approval, in accordance with project requirements;
  • Analyzing the causes of non-conformities, proposing solutions for correction, and formulating measures for prevention to improve execution;
  • Identifying deviations from the technical project and current regulations, isolating non-conforming elements, and pursuing corrective actions;
  • Respecting safety norms at work and actively participating in safety training programs;
  • Collaborating with the project team and subcontractors to efficiently solve quality-related problems.


Requirements:

  • Previous experience, preferably between 1 and 3 years, in the field of quality control, metal construction or photovoltaic panel installation;
  • Higher education degree (licentiate) in civil engineering or installations for construction;
  • Familiarity with detailed knowledge of metal structures, photovoltaic panels, and methods of fixing these;
  • Able to work with a dynamometer key and verify the correct coupling tension;
  • Has solid analytical skills, efficient organization, and technical report writing abilities;
  • Capable of accurately reading and interpreting technical plans and project documents;
  • Pays close attention to details and actively involves in ensuring the quality of execution;
  • Familiar with and applies safety regulations on site and electrical work norms;
  • Communicates efficiently and collaborates professionally with execution teams and the quality department;
  • Available for short-term or medium-term deployments/relocations to different company sites, as needed.
