Controlling and Hauptbuchhaltung (m/w/d)

We are looking for an experienced developer to cover a growing and innovative range of services in child and youth welfare. Aufgaben

Hauptbuchhaltung:

- Responsibility for ongoing accounting,

- Account reconciliations and booking of complex business transactions

- Preparation of quarterly and annual reports for management and departments,

- Ensuring compliance with tax and legal regulations, as well as

- Efficient cooperation with accountants /g/gf. auditors and external parties

Controlling:

- Building, developing, and maintaining a comprehensive controlling system,

- Budget planning, forecasts, and deviation analyses,

- Cost center and profitability analyses,

- Support in salary and remuneration negotiations (e.g. with cost centers) and

- Participation in strategic and organizational projects.

Qualifikation

- A completed commercial education or business administration degree (e.g. financial accounting, controlling, BWL),

- Several years of relevant experience in controlling and/or accounting,

- Proficient use of accounting and controlling software (ideally with diamond) as well as MS Excel and other office applications,

- Analytical, structured, and independent working style,

- High sense of responsibility, discretion, and teamwork,

- Knowledge of non-profit law and social economy is desirable

- Appreciative and clear communication, as well as

- Identification with our values and mission statement.
