Controlling Team Leader

International business center located in Poznań seeks an experienced leader to join the organization on the position: Controlling Team Leader

Main tasks:

• Leading a team, motivating, providing support to the team,
• Assigning tasks, monitoring performance and effectiveness,
• Overseeing report preparation and analysis as well as KPI/SLA realization,
• Participating in planning, budgeting, verifying deviations, cost control,
• Ensuring compliance with policies, standards, and procedures,
• SUPPORTING management in decision-making and cooperation with other units,
• Initiating and participating in standardization, improvement, and efficiency-enhancing projects,
• Overseeing audit preparation, attention to quality and timely documentation,
• Cooperation with internal and external stakeholders.

We expect:

• At least 6 years of experience in the controlling department,
• At least 1-2 years of experience in team management,
• Advanced English language skills at least C1 level,
• Broad knowledge in controlling, reporting, and experience in process migration/usability,
• Higher education with a financial profile (e.g. economics, accounting or related)
• Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office package and experience working with ERP systems (e.g. SAP),
• Highly developed interpersonal skills, leadership skills, strong sense of responsibility, and ability to solve problems,
• Ability to set priorities, clearly define goals, and business maturity.
