Controlling Specialist

We are looking for a Controlling Specialist who can analyze numbers and understand what's behind them.

The role is closely tied to accounting and combines classic controlling with the development of structures, reportings, and decision-making bases.

Tasks

• Creation and further development of monthly reports as well as deviation analyses
• Analysis of key figures and derivation of recommendations for departments and management
• Support in budget planning, forecasts, and liquidity considerations
• Closely working with accounting in the context of monthly and annual closings
• Further development of controlling instruments, reporting structures, and KPI systems
• Participation in cross-departmental projects as well as optimization of existing processes
• Presentation of decision-making bases for management

Qualification

• Degree in Business Administration, Controlling, Finance or comparable
• Multiple years of experience in controlling or an analytical finance role, ideally in a SAP-based environment
• Very good German language skills, English language skills desired
