Controlling Expert (m/f/d)

The company is one of the established market participants in its industry in Germany and is responsible for the management of extensive assets. A special focus is placed on close cooperation with institutional investors, for whom individual strategies are developed for the sustainable further development and optimization of portfolios. With several locations in important economic centers, the range of services includes both the operational management of demanding projects and support in strategic decisions, investment assessments and transactions in the purchase and sale process.

Tasks

• Independent analysis and control of periodic financial statement data
• Planning and coordination of budget, forecast and multi-year planning as well as their continuous further development
• Evaluation of financial trends including derivation of opportunities and potential risks
• Preparation of reports and analyses to support management decisions
• Preparation of well-founded investment and profitability calculations
• Support for strategic projects and business management analyses
• Continuous improvement of controlling tools and internal control processes

Qualification

• Successfully completed degree in economics with a focus on finance, accounting or controlling
• Relevant professional experience in the field of financial or business controlling
• In-depth understanding of accounting principles and planning and forecasting processes
• Analytically shaped way of thinking combined with a pronounced focus on numbers
