Senior Controller (m/w/d)

We are looking for a qualified and engaged Senior Controller (m/w/d) for our renowned client, a dynamic and growing service company based in Frankfurt am Main.

Tasks

• You will function as a strategic partner for the operational management and be responsible for the area controlling and the steering of central functions.
• You will analyze the economic performance of various locations nationwide and prepare these for the Central Office.
• You will be responsible for short- and medium-term corporate planning, including forecasting on GuV and balance sheet level for the entire company group.
• You will accompany strategic transaction processes by conducting company analyses and integrating newly acquired companies.
• You will drive the harmonization and integration of various ERP and financial reporting systems actively forward and optimize data consolidation.

Qualification

• You have completed a degree in economics and bring several years of relevant work experience in controlling with you.
• You are proficient in both success accounting and balance sheet analysis, and can assess the interdependencies on liquidity and capital structure fundamentally.
• You are confident in handling the MS Office Suite and ideally have practical experience with consolidation software (e.g. Lucanet) as well as modern ERP solutions.
• You communicate confidently in German and English, both in writing and orally.
• You tackle tasks pragmatically and possess advanced analytical competencies that you use purposefully.
• You appreciate creating transparency in complex IT landscapes and actively work on standardizing processes and systems.
• You understand yourself as a proactive service provider for executives, departments, operational units, and external stakeholders.
