Controlling Analyst Trainee

TUI (Technical Undergraduate Intern – Students) – Controlling Analyst Polanco, CDMX (Hybrid) Position Summary Thales is looking for a TUI (Technical Undergraduate Intern) Controlling Analyst who will be Responsible for working in an integrated manner with Regional and Division Finance teams as well as Local business management to ensure data availability and proper analysis. Key Areas of Responsibility Collaborate with Project Managers and Project Management Office to accomplish the Project tasks, ensuring that all necessary information is available and properly analyzed. Ensure that all financial reports are accurate and up-to-date, and provide support to the finance team in the preparation of budgetary and financial reports. Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including Regional and Division Finance teams, Local business management, and other relevant departments. Provide analytical support to the finance team by analyzing data and providing insights on trends and patterns. Identify and escalate any potential issues or discrepancies that may impact financial reporting and decision-making. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies. Develop and maintain knowledge of financial systems, processes, and tools used in the organization. Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge. Provide support to other departments as needed.
