Job description

The Schalke Locomotives GmbH is a 100% subsidiary of the Canadian Nordic Minesteel Technologies Inc. (NMT) from North Bay, Ontario. This acquired the rail vehicle business of the Schalker Eisenhütte Maschinenfabrik GmbH in 2018, which had already developed and marketed underground mining transport systems for NMT in previous years. The Schalke Locomotives GmbH continues to use the SCHALKE brand name for rail vehicles. Additionally, special vehicles for passenger rail traffic are part of the delivery program.

Tasks

Project controlling for locomotive large projects and checking compliance with plan numbers, contact person for departmental departments
Carrying out monthly settlements (checking goods flows, COS/WIP adjustments, cost and profitability checks, building up reserves etc.), coordination with accounting, analyses and process improvements
Project leadership of special projects
Key user for ERP further development for commercial topics

Qualification

Relevant controlling experience (min. 5 years), preferably in the industrial environment of plant construction or project business
Solution-oriented working style
High analytical competence
Ability to withstand stress
Conflict resolution skills
English
