You want to shape entrepreneurial decisions with numbers, not just analyze developments? As a Controller:in (m/w/d), you will support the economic management of our company, ensure transparency in our financial and business processes, and provide solid decision-making bases for management.

Aufgaben

• Abschluss & Reporting: Participation in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to HGB and IFRS, as well as the creation of regular reports and ad-hoc analyses.
• Planung & Forecasts: Support for corporate planning, forecast, and budget processes for economic management of the company.
• Monitoring § Regulierung: Development of energy-related and regulatory calculations and support in fulfilling regulatory obligations and reporting requirements.
• Prozesse & Kontrollsysteme: Creation and further development of process documentation, as well as participation in the expansion of internal control systems.
• Beratung & Zusammenarbeit: Support for commercial management and close cooperation with internal departments and relevant interfaces.

Qualifikation

• Qualifikation: Successfully completed degree in economics, business administration or a comparable qualification.
• Erfahrung: Several years of professional experience in controlling, preferably with a focus on corporate controlling.
• Fachkompetenz: Basic knowledge of the energy sector and relevant statutory and regulatory frameworks.
• Analytik: Advanced analytical and conceptual skills as well as a structured and result-oriented work approach.
• IT-Kenntnisse: Good knowledge in SAP and safe handling of MS Office, especially Excel.
• Persönlichkeit: Communication strength, team ability, and openness to new challenges and topics.
