Controller:in (m/w/d) Controlling / Finanzbuchhaltung / Saas - 100% remote (Teilzeit)

We are a dynamic software company on a growth trajectory. With a team of around 25 experts in R&D, Sales, and Administration building the financial accounting of tomorrow. As support for our management and assistance for our CEO, we are looking for a numerate person who will help us shape our growth financially sustainably.

Aufgaben

Your main tasks:

• SaaS-Finance Engine: You oversee our subscription management tool (Chargebee) and ensure that recurring revenues are correctly recorded.
• Financial Reporting: You create the monthly reporting for our shareholders and prepare relevant KPIs (MRR, Churn, CAC).
• Planning & Budgeting: Together with the CEO, you create the annual budget plan and monitor compliance (should-be-actual comparisons & monitoring).
• Accounting Interface: You steer ongoing financial accounting and serve as a bridge to the accountant.
• Cost & Cash Control: You are responsible for the cost side, optimize our expenses, and manage an efficient reminder system.

Qualification

Your profile:

• SaaS-DNA: You have experience in a software company or start-up/scale-up and understand how a subscription model works**.
• Tool-Stack: You are familiar with modern financial tools (Chargebee, Google Sheets).
• Affinity for AI: You are always up-to-date and test new tools.
• You love to processes not only analyze but also operate them yourself.
• Clearness: You can present complex numbers to management in a clear manner.
