To further develop our controlling and reporting landscape and sustainably strengthen data-based decision-making, we are expanding our team to include a company-wide acting controlling personality with pronounced IT affinity. Creation, analysis, and further development of regular reports and dashboards for the management board, as well as support in the preparation of financial statements and budget planning. In addition, you will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) and providing recommendations for improvement. The ideal candidate has a degree in business administration or a related field, at least 3 years of experience in controlling or a comparable function, and excellent analytical and communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, is required. Knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems is an advantage.
