To strengthen the Finance team, we are now looking for a Controller:in with Accounting interfaces with a balanced nature and hands-on mentality. After training, you will support the ongoing production controlling and create independent reports, analyses, and evaluations. You will also be responsible for the financial planning and budgeting, as well as the preparation of financial statements and reports. Your tasks will also include the coordination of financial processes and the implementation of financial controlling measures. You will work closely with the management and other departments to ensure the financial success of the company. The ideal candidate should have a degree in business administration or a related field, and have at least 3 years of experience in accounting and financial controlling. You should also have a strong understanding of accounting principles and be able to work independently. The ability to work in a team and communicate effectively is also essential.
