Your Role at Our Company:

Controller*in Finance & E-Commerce (m/w/d)

We're looking for a committed person who will be responsible for financial and strategic controlling, and actively steer our business. You'll work closely with Marketing, Procurement, Logistics, and the CFO to develop our controlling further.

Your Tasks:

• You'll be responsible for financial and strategic controlling, including budget, forecast, and liquidity planning.
• You'll analyze sales, costs, margins, and contribution margins and develop our e-commerce and marketing controlling further (e.g., CAC, CLV, RoAS).
• You'll conduct business cases, scenario, and investment calculations.
• You'll optimize reporting, analysis, and forecast processes, including KI-gestützten tools, and create management reports as clear decision-making bases for the executive board.
• You'll work closely with departments to drive data-based decisions forward.

Job Requirements:

Your Profile:

• You've completed a finance-related study and have at least 3 years of experience in controlling, ideally in e-commerce, retail, or FMCG.
• You have a very good understanding of business relationships and KPIs.
• You have experience with ERP systems (e.g., Sage 100) and BI tools (e.g., Minubo).
• You already use KI tools in controlling for automating reports, forecasts, and analyses.
• You communicate clearly, think entrepreneurially, and work structuredly and result-oriented.
• You have very good German and at least good English skills in writing and speaking.
