Controller (w/m/div.)
Job description
- You will be responsible for personal controlling, coordinating internal control for the Hallein plant, and organizing inventory. Additionally, you will take over cost center controlling for selected areas.
- You will serve as a sparring partner for the personnel department at the location on all financial matters affecting employees, and play a key role in long-term resource planning for departments.
- You will communicate and analyze current and forecast results, prepare these for recipients, and derive well-founded recommendations from them to actively support the control of the respective areas.
- Creating your own personnel forecasts as part of monthly reports, forecasts, business plans, and long-term planning is also one of your tasks, along with calculations, cost center planning, and performance monitoring to achieve goals.
- Depending on the course of your induction, you will also have the opportunity to take over additional tasks in general administrative controlling.
