Controller (w/m/d) in Dresden

We develop high-innovative electric motors for customers from aerospace, motorsport, and industry. To support our growing company, we are looking for an experienced Controller (w/m/d) with a focus on ESG.

Aufgaben

• Preparation of monthly and quarterly analyses as well as financial reports
• Performance of deviation analyses and derivation of recommendations for action
• Setup and maintenance of controlling structures, forecasts, and KPI dashboards
• Support in budget planning and expense calculations
• Analysis of project and product costs for decision-making support
• Preparation of investment reports and business cases
• Closely cooperating with management, accounting, and project leadership
• Further development of internal controlling processes and reporting tools
• Setup and maintenance of ESG reporting structures as well as monitoring relevant sustainability key figures
• Support in ESG documentation, proof, and reporting obligations

Qualifikation

• Economic education, completed business studies or comparable qualification,
• At least 2 years of experience in controlling, ideally in a technical or project-oriented environment
• First experiences in the field of ESG reporting are desirable
• German language skills at C1 level and very good English language skills in writing and speaking
• Familiarity with MS Office, especially Excel; experience with ERP or BI tools is advantageous
• Analytical thinking, structured working style, and high numerical affinity
• Able to present complex issues in a clear manner
• Ability to work independently, reliability, and team orientation
