Responsibilities

In this position, you will be responsible for sales controlling for two of our subsidiaries and will also support the specialist departments in data-driven management and further development of utilization, capacities, and operational performance. Your tasks in detail:

• Independent sales controlling for two subsidiaries through continuous monitoring of relevant KPIs
• Derivation of recommendations for action and support of appropriate measures to achieve sales goals
• Creation and further development of regular evaluations, reports, and analyses
• Verification and quality assurance of customer correspondence based on underlying XML data, particularly regarding price information and dispatch volume
• Analysis of utilization and capacities of various areas as well as derivation of optimization potential
• Identification of potential for increasing productivity and process efficiency
• Development of suitable key figures and control instruments for the specialist departments
• Preparation of decision-making bases for the management and executive board
• Close collaboration with sales and operational departments as a business partner
• Further development of existing controlling processes and instruments

Qualifications

• Completed degree in Business Administration, Economics, Business Informatics, Mathematics, Accounting, Controlling, or a comparable field of study
• Strong understanding of numbers as well as an analytical and structured way of working
• Interest in business interrelationships and data-driven questions
• Proficient in MS Excel
• Knowledge of Power BI and/or SQL is an advantage
• High level of diligence and sense of responsibility, especially in checking data and commercial information
• Ability to analyze complex issues and present them comprehensibly
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of collaborating with different specialist departments
• Independent, reliable, and solution-oriented way of working
