The Finance Division, dedicated to the recruitment and selection of professionals and managers in the AFC (Administration, Finance, and Control) area, is looking for a: Controller

Our client is a structured industrial reality, with a consolidated international presence. For over sixty years, it has been a benchmark in its sector thanks to a strong technological vocation and constant attention to innovation.

Reporting directly to the CFO, the Controller will have a central role in ensuring the monitoring of the company's economic and financial performance, supporting decision-making processes through budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and strategic analysis activities. The figure will collaborate transversally with various company functions and with controlled companies, contributing to the continuous improvement of planning and control tools.

SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY:

• Prepare and monitor budgets, periodic forecasts, and economic-financial reporting for Management and the Group
• Prepare management accounting and support the preparation of the quarterly consolidated financial statements
• Analyze variances, KPIs, and economic results of contracts, monitoring their profitability
• Develop business plans, financial analyses, and economic valuations to support investments and new initiatives
• Develop control tools and reporting related to costs, sales, inventory, and operational performance
• Provide support to Group companies in standardizing and optimizing reporting processes

Must have

• Degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or related disciplines
• At least 5-10 years of experience in Management Control, Economic-Financial Planning, and Financial Reporting gained in structured industrial contexts
• Solid knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, financial statement analysis, management accounting, and KPIs
• Knowledge of Transfer Pricing and group consolidation principles
• Excellent command of Microsoft Excel and ERP systems; knowledge of SAP S/4HANA
• Good knowledge of English (B2/C1 level)

Nice to have

• Experience in multinational contexts with coordination of reporting to foreign companies
• Familiarity with quality management systems and monitoring of corporate KPIs

• Salary range €50,000 - €60,000
