Controller / Senior Controller (m/f/d)

Your Mission

To strengthen our Finance team, we are looking for a Controller / Senior Controller (m/f/d) as soon as possible, who will support our corporate management with well-founded analyses, reliable key figures, and clear recommendations for action.

We are not looking for someone who exclusively reports, but for someone who takes responsibility, understands interrelationships, and actively drives improvements. In addition to strategic analyses, operational topics are also part of everyday life. Initiative, pragmatism, and a strong hands-on mentality are crucial for this.

Your Tasks

• Support in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Participation in budget, forecast, and planning processes
• Conducting evaluations, actual-budget comparisons, and variance analyses
• Independent identification, procurement, and preparation of relevant data and key figures in close cooperation with the specialist departments
• Creation and maintenance of reports, dashboards, and management presentations
• Support in the analysis of revenue, cost, and performance indicators
• Support for management and executives through well-founded ad-hoc analyses and business evaluations
• Participation in cross-departmental projects as well as in the digitalization and automation of financial and controlling processes
• Close cooperation with various teams, especially Finance, HR, Sales, and Marketing

• Successfully completed studies in Business Administration, Finance, Controlling, Economics, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in Controlling, FP&A, Finance, Accounting, or a comparable environment
• Structured and diligent way of working, as well as a clear overview even with complex numbers and issues
• Enjoyment in understanding interrelationships and supporting data-driven decisions
• Very good Excel skills and interest in BI tools, automation, and data-driven processes
• Curiosity, willingness to learn, and motivation for professional and personal development
• Initiative and willingness to take responsibility for one's own tasks
• Strong team spirit as well as a pragmatic and solution-oriented approach to work
• Very good German language skills, both written and spoken (min. C1)
