Tasks - Control and optimization of processes along the supply chain - Support for the Supply Chain Leadership Teams on financial issues - Contact person for complex business matters - Control and analysis of product and production costs (ideally in the food industry) - Optimization and further development of the ERP system - Responsibility for budgeting, forecasting, and cost center analysis - Use of modern IT tools to analyze financial data - Creation of management reports and decision-making templates - Plant control and inventory valuation Profile - Completed vocational training in business administration - Study at HF or FH level in business administration or supply chain management - Several years of experience in industrial or production company accounting or controlling - In-depth knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, and cost control - Language skills: German fluent (C2), English negotiation-ready (C1/C2) - Proficient use of MS Office (especially Excel), ERP systems, and ideally MS Dynamics 365 - Analytical thinking, IT affinity, self-reliant, and structured work style - High goal-orientation, customer orientation, resilience, and communication strength.
