We are looking for a qualified and engaged Controller (m/w/d) for our renowned client, a dynamic and growing service company located in the Kitzingen area.

Tasks

• Self-responsible control of the investment controlling for defined group companies.
• Preparation of in-depth analyses, reports, forecasts, and budgets as a decision-making basis for management.
• Presentation and preparation of resolutions in leadership bodies.
• Professional consulting to business leaders and operational units on economic topics with a focus on efficiency enhancement.
• Project leadership and coordination of cross-departmental company initiatives.
• Qualification of departments and subsidiaries through targeted training measures.

Qualifications

• SUCCESSFUL completion of a degree (BWL, Business Administration, Economics) with a focus on Finance or Controlling.
• Long-term experience in controlling, preferably in the international industrial sector.
• Solid knowledge of investment controlling, cost accounting, and HGB/IFRS.
• Fluent German and English skills at C1 level.
• Independent, structured work style with high solution competence and professional appearance.
