We connect the financial services industry with modern software development at TriNext GmbH, our product Nextfolder. From our location in Kiel, we develop SaaS solutions that are daily productive at banks – reliable, scalable, and close to business.

Now we're taking the next step: We're rebuilding the Controlling area and looking for you as a central steering function, which creates structures, establishes transparency, and prepares and shapes fundamental decisions.

Aufgaben

Your role

You'll build our Controlling from scratch and develop it into a reliable steering function: clear logic, clean data, sustainable reports, effective forecasts – with focus on results, cash, and scalability.

Your tasks

• Development and structuring of the Controlling as well as the reporting and KPI landscape
• Creation of annual and multi-year planning, budgeting, and forecasting including scenarios
• Analysis of key figures, customer, and revenue structures
• Support in profitability, cost, and project analyses
• Implementation of liquidity planning and ensuring data quality
• Taking over supporting accounting tasks

Qualifikation

Your profile

• Fundamental experience in Controlling
• Experience in accounting
• Very good BI/Reporting-Tools skills
• Structured, pragmatic working style – you build standards that work in everyday life
• Good communication: you bring numbers and connections clearly to the point
• Very good German knowledge
