In this important position, you will be significantly involved in securing the economic success of THOR and creating transparent decision-making bases. With your engagement, you contribute to projects being optimally planned and implemented.

Aufgaben

For this purpose, we need your support

• Setup of a controlling system for the entire THOR group
• Introduction of relevant key figures (utilization rates, vacation rates, productive hours, financial KPIs)
• Preparation of reports, forecasts, and actual-forecast comparisons for management and corporate leadership
• Further development of cost accounting, budget planning, and liquidity controlling
• Selection and introduction of suitable tools and processes
• Early recognition of deviations, risks, and trends, as well as the derivation of countermeasures
• Closely working with management, shareholders, and departments

Qualifikation

This is you, the ideal THORianer

• You already have experience in controlling or finance – ideally in project business or a growing organization
• You bring motivation, design ideas, and self-initiative for setting up new structures
• You possess analytical thinking and a strong affinity for numbers
• You are comfortable working with Excel and can preferably bring initial experience with controlling tools
• You have a proactive work style – you determine relevant key figures, recognize trends, and derive action options
