Your tasks:

• Analyzing deviations between target and actual values as well as preparing decision-making documents
• Creating and maintaining reports, KPIs, and dashboards
• Supporting the development of controlling processes and tools
• Conducting analyses on profitability and ad-hoc basis
• Maintaining and evaluating data from ERP and BI systems
• Closely collaborating with departments to provide steering-relevant information
• Supporting the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Participating in the budgeting process
• Maintaining the dispatch ledger/module
• Controlling accounts and processing claims from logistics service providers
• Serving as a contact for questions regarding dispatch costs

Our requirements:

• A successful completed study, commercial training or comparable qualification in the field of economics with a focus on controlling
• We expect initial professional experience in controlling
• Knowledge of working with Power BI and Lucanet is desired
• Excellent MS Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• A strong analytical and communicative ability
• Personal characteristics: initiative, motivation, quick comprehension, reliability, flexibility, and joy in teamwork
• A performance-oriented approach combined with a strong service orientation
