We're offering a position as:

Controller (m/w/d) full-time

Tasks

• Planning of budgets, creation of forecasts, and control of liquidity
• Analysis of costs, revenues, and key figures for corporate management
• Preparation of reports, short-term ad-hoc analyses, and decision-making documents for the executive board
• Early identification of opportunities and risks, analysis of deviations, and support of implementation of control measures
• Support in investment decisions, evaluation of projects, and performance of profitability calculations
• Definition of KPIs, dashboards, and early warning systems for management
• Ongoing development of controlling processes and reporting tools
• Monitoring of risks, ensuring compliance with regulations, and support of internal control systems
• Closely working together with accountants, auditors, and internal specialist departments

Qualification

• Economic education with relevant further training or comparable
• Experience in controlling, finance, or accounting
• IT affinity and safe handling of MS-Office, particularly profound experience with Power BI
• Analytical skills, numerical affinity, and structured working style
• Communication strength and teamwork ability
• Self-employed work and sense of responsibility
• Knowledge of German, English, and Russian in writing and speaking
