Aufgaben

You are a sparring partner for management and support with well-founded analyses, clear KPIs, and strategic ideas. You combine classical financial competence with modern tools and a data-driven mindset.

Your tasks:

• Financial planning & forecasting: Creation and maintenance of budget, forecast, and liquidity plans
• Reporting: Development of modern, interactive dashboards (e.g. Power BI, Tableau) and reports for management and departments
• Analysis: Identification of deviations, opportunities, and risks, commenting on weaknesses, and deriving concrete recommendations
• Business partnering: Close cooperation with departments to optimize cost structures and steer investments
• Data management: Ensuring data quality and co-shaping a central data basis for Finance & BI
• Process optimization: Further development of calculation tools for product prices, controlling tools, and reporting processes with a view to automation & efficiency
• Risk management: Consideration and evaluation of entrepreneurial opportunities and risks with corresponding impulse-giving to management
• Strategy development: Participation in strategic projects, such as the establishment of a new business field, from the creation of the business plan to the automated price calculation and implementation in the ERP system

Qualification

• Experience in controlling a manufacturing company and in designing and further developing controlling processes
• Interest in a broad range of tasks, which only a mid-sized company can offer
• Passion for the automation and digitalization of processes and data visualization
• Safe handling of ERP systems, the creation of queries with ANSI SQL (Microsoft SQL/Oracle), BI tools, and MS Office products
• High numerical affinity and developed plausibility
• Communication strength, structured working style, and joy in interdisciplinary cooperation
