The Reh Kendermann GmbH Weinkellerei is one of the largest and most modern wine cellars in Germany, equally well-known for high-quality brand wines and premium own-brand products. To realize our future goals in Germany, we are looking for a full-time *Controller*in (m/w/d) at the earliest possible time.

In this role, you will take on a central function in controlling and make a significant contribution to the transparency and steering of our company.

Aufgaben

• Responsibility for a comprehensive monthly reporting including commentary, deviation analysis, and active participation in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing on individual and group level.
• Preparation and further development of budgets, forecasts, and scenario analyses for active corporate management, including derivation of concrete recommendations.
• Analysis and further development of the contribution margin and cost center accounting, as well as identification of result drivers and efficiency potential.
• Support for consolidated reporting and analysis, as well as plausibility of results from subsidiaries.
• Development of reporting tools, BI solutions, and KPI systems to ensure transparency, data quality, and decision-making capability.
• Sparring partner for sales, production, and management with the goal of enabling data-based decisions and improving operational performance.

Qualifikation

• Completed studies in the field of business administration, controlling, finance, or comparable qualification.
• Several years of experience in controlling, ideally in a manufacturing company.
• Secure handling of Excel and common ERP and reporting systems.
• Analytical strength, as well as the ability to present complex issues in a clear and concise manner.
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style.
• Entrepreneurial thinking and excellent communication skills.
• Very good German and English language skills in writing and speaking.
