The pritidenta® GmbH with its headquarters in Leinfelden-Echterdingen develops and manufactures products for dentists and dental technicians that combine high aesthetics with efficient production and automation in the CAD/CAM area. Aufgaben

• Responsibility for creating, analyzing, and commenting on GuV evaluations
• Responsibility for optimizing production processes, designing an effective and efficient quality control system
• Participation in periodical accounting and monthly, quarterly, and annual closing
• Establishment, maintenance, and further development of production controlling (e.g., cost center/cost unit accounting, target-performance comparisons, deviation analyses)
• Creation of forecasts and budget plans including ongoing tracking and deviation analyses
• Conceptualization, implementation, and further development of a key figure-based control system (KPIs) for management and departments
• Presentation and condensation of data to decision-relevant reports for executive management and department heads
• Participation in continuous process optimization in controlling and cross-departmental projects
• Closely working together with accounting, production, procurement, and other interfaces

Qualifikation

• SUCCESSFUL completion of a business administration degree with a focus on controlling/finance or equivalent qualification
• Fundamental knowledge in GuV accounting and financial statements
• Multiple years of experience in controlling, ideally with a focus on production controlling
• Multiple years of experience in production processes and quality control
• Very good analytical skills and confident handling of key figure systems and their interpretation
• Routine use of common ERP systems and MS Excel; experience with BI/reporting tools is advantageous
• Deep understanding of business connections as well as structured and independent working style
• High team and communication skills, as well as confident appearance towards internal stakeholders
