Responsibilities

• Central involvement in budget planning, product analyses, and annual financial statement work
• Creation and maintenance of cost center accounting
• Consultation and support for cost center and departmental managers on business management issues, including the implementation and monitoring of decided measures / plan-actual analysis
• Sparring partner for management through well-founded reporting, precise forecasts, and meaningful analyses
• Further development of relevant KPIs and establishment of modern, company-wide reporting
• Creation of meaningful ad-hoc analyses for quick and well-founded decisions
• Identification of optimization potentials as well as further development of processes, digitalization, and automation
• Creation of transparency, structuring of complex interrelationships, and active co-design of processes – always with an eye on the big picture

Qualifications

• Completed studies, e.g., Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Finance, or equivalent
• Relevant professional experience in controlling or in an analytical role
• Analytical and entrepreneurial thinking
• Structured, proactive, and independent way of working
• MS Excel is your tool, ideally you know ERP systems or BI tools
• Team spirit, initiative, and drive
• Confident German and English skills, both written and spoken
