Controller (m/w/d)

We are seeking a Controller (m/w/d) for a growing planning and engineering office specializing in complex building and infrastructure projects. The company works on challenging construction projects, particularly in the sector of data centers and technical building equipment. The corporate culture is internationally oriented, with flat hierarchies and a focus on efficiency and development.

Tasks

Participation in creating monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports

Control and analysis of cost centers, project results, and budget deviations

Building and maintenance of controlling reporting structures (including key performance indicator dashboards)

Project controlling: Cost and performance accounting over project periods

Support in forecasting, budget planning, and capital flow analyses

Validation and plausibility check of planning and forecast data

Closely working with financial accounting, project leadership, and management

Participation in process optimizations in the finance and controlling department

Qualification

Completed degree in economics with a focus on controlling/finance or comparable business qualification

Multiple years of experience in controlling, ideally in project or construction field

Familiarity with ERP systems and reporting tools (e.g. SAP, Excel-based reporting)

Analytical understanding and structured, data-oriented work approach

Experience with budget and forecast processes

Good knowledge of German and English
