To strengthen our team, we are looking for a

Controller m/w/d

who will independently build, develop, and be responsible for our controlling.

Tasks

• Building, development, and implementation of a company-wide controlling system, as well as corresponding tools for project and order production
• Operative and strategic controlling, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting
• Budget planning, forecasts, medium-term and economic analyses, and control of liquidity and cash flow
• Development and maintenance of key performance indicator (KPI) systems for order coverage, production costs, margins, and capacity utilization
• Supporting the management in decision-making processes through thorough analyses
• Introduction of new and optimization of existing controlling processes and structures
• Close cooperation with production, procurement, sales, construction, accounting, and external partners
• Responsibility for order, production, cost, and sales controlling, including calculations, deviation, and margin analyses, investment, and economic calculations, as well as identifying opportunities, risks, and efficiency potential

Qualification

• Completed business administration studies with a focus on controlling/finance or equivalent qualification
• Several years of experience in controlling, ideally with building or project responsibility in a manufacturing company
• Very good business understanding and analytical thinking
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
• Fundamental Excel knowledge; experience with ERP systems is advantageous
• Communication strength, assertiveness, and sense of responsibility
• Desirable: Basic knowledge of accounting
