Controller (m/w/d)

We are an innovative, export-oriented, mid-sized company in the plastics processing industry with a seat in Georgensgmünd, Roth area, and around 160 employees. Our market-leading products – filter elements for solid-liquid separation from polymers and metallic materials – find worldwide application in the investment goods industry and contribute significantly to our global market presence.

Tasks

• Creation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting
• Control of the monthly, weekly, and daily planning and forecasting process
• Monitoring of financial performance with deviation analyses and cost control
• Analysis of deviations and derivation of recommendations for management
• Preparation of annual closing in collaboration with accounting and tax consultant
• Development of structures and processes to strengthen financial growth
• Conducting corporate planning inventory

Qualification

• SUCCESSFUL completion of a degree in business administration or equivalent qualification
• Prior experience in controlling
• Familiarity with Datev, MS Office (especially Excel) and ERP systems
• Outstanding numerical understanding, structured work approach, and analytical thinking
• Very good communication and presentation skills in German
