We are looking for an entrepreneurial thinking person who understands finance as an active value driver in a technology-driven environment.

Tasks

Your Role – More than Reporting

Performance & KPI Steering

• Development of data-based steering instruments and KPI frameworks
• Building scalable reporting structures for management and investors
• Business Partner for Technology, Operations, and Commercial

Operations & Production Controlling

• Monitoring of production and development orders
• Analyzing cost structures along the value chain
• Identifying efficiency, automation, and scalability potential

Commercial & Project Controlling

• Transparency on project margins, customer profitability, and pricing structures
• Drawing strategic recommendations for sales and management
• Supporting investment and make-or-buy decisions

Planning, Forecast & Closing

• Independent creation of partial budgets and forecasts
• Active participation in the overall planning process
• Conducting monthly and annual closing analyses
• Ad-hoc analyses for management decisions

Qualification

• Degree in Business Administration, ideally with a focus on Controlling/Finance
• Multiple years of experience in a producing or technology-oriented environment
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP) is desirable
• Outstanding analytical and conceptual strength
• Able to translate complex technical issues into financial steering logic
• Hands-on mentality in a dynamic innovation environment
