Closing Cycles Together – Aluminium Smelting and Recycling United
At our Stockach site, we operate an aluminum smelter and a salt slag processing plant with AS Oxidwerke GmbH, thus bundling comprehensive expertise along the aluminum cycle. We produce high-quality aluminum rolling ingots and sustainably return materials from aluminum production to the value chain. With modern facilities, continuous development, and a dedicated team, we make an important contribution to the resource-conserving and future-proof aluminum industry.
Responsibilities
- Providing sound bases for decision-making and identifying potential savings for management.
- Further development of controlling tools, ERP and reporting systems
- Co-shaping reporting, as well as further development of cost and performance accounting
- Further development of controlling processes
- Representing and supporting the Head of Controlling/Finance
- Preparation of regular reporting, as well as business analyses
- Conducting plan-vs.-actual comparisons and ad-hoc analyses
- Maintaining statistics
Qualifications
- Completed business administration degree (BWL, Finance) or comparable commercial apprenticeship
- Excellent MS Excel skills as well as experience with SAP as an ERP system and Business Intelligence tools
- Fluent German and English
- Analytical thinking, affinity for numbers, strong communication skills and assertiveness
- Several years of practical experience in operational or financial controlling
- A pragmatic hands-on mentality, quick comprehension, and enjoyment in making things simple rather than just planning them
