Tasks

• Creation, validation, and analysis of monthly reports, forecasts, and budgets, as well as derivation of action recommendations and market trends
• Analysis of financial performance including deviation analyses, and development of measures to achieve company goals
• Further development, optimization, and automation of reporting and accounting processes
• Counseling the management team and individual business units
• Participation in creating monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts as well as reporting

Qualification

• SUCCESSFUL completion of a degree in economics or comparable training with a focus on controlling, finance, and/or accounting
• Multiple years of relevant work experience, preferably in the advertising/ media industry, with solid knowledge of MS-Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint), controlling tools, and DATEV
• A structured, goal-oriented, and results-driven working style with a hands-on mentality
• Entrepreneurial, analytical, and strategic thinking and acting, as well as high self-responsibility and result orientation
• Communication and negotiation skills paired with cooperation and assertiveness capabilities
• A strong sense of reliability, proactivity, flexibility, and innovation
