Job Description

  • Development and control of personnel budgets: Development and control of personnel budgets as well as implementation of analyses for personal strategy
  • Internal consulting: Consulting on personal resources and strategies, as well as support in long-term personnel planning
  • Analysis and forecast of personnel costs: Implementation of analyses and forecasts of personnel costs taking into account company goals
  • Preparation of forecasts and reports: Preparation of forecasts, personnel reserves and reports on personnel key figures
  • Digitalization and process optimization: Implementation of digitalization measures, system adjustments and optimization of personal controlling processes

Profile

  • SUCCESSFUL completion of a degree in economics, business administration or a related field
  • In-depth experience in the area of personnel controlling, HR, financial controlling or similar fields
  • Basic understanding of accounting, particularly for personal reserves or recording of personnel expenses, is advantageous
  • Experience with common HR and/or controlling systems as well as very good knowledge of Excel
  • Fundamental knowledge of relevant key figures in personnel affairs and controlling
