Aufgaben

• Participation in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (HGB / IFRS)
• Commentary on business development ('Story behind the numbers')
• Budgeting, forecasts, and medium-term planning (including deviation analyses)
• Liquidity planning & cash flow analyses
• Collaboration with auditors, tax consultants, and corporate functions
• Ensuring reporting deadlines and quality

Qualifikation

• Professional experience in controlling, ideally in a medium-sized or group-affiliated environment
• Degree in business administration, economics, or a comparable qualification with a focus on controlling/finance
• HGB- and IFRS-knowledge
• Very good Excel skills as well as experience with ERP systems, preferably Odoo
• Analytical thinking, structured, and independent working style
• Communication strength and confident appearance towards internal stakeholders
• Fluent German and English language skills
