At our Hamburg headquarters, we are looking for you as a Controller (m/f/d) to actively shape the financial management of an international company – with responsibility, scope for action, and a strong team behind you.

Tasks

• You actively participate in budget planning and forecast processes, thereby supporting sound corporate management
• You prepare monthly and annual financial statements on time and ensure reliable financial reporting
• You prepare management reporting, analyze key figures, and comment on developments clearly and appropriately for the target audience
• You conduct business analyses and derive concrete recommendations for action from them
• As a Finance Business Partner, you support the production department with business management issues and represent the Global Sales department when necessary
• You develop and optimize KPIs, thereby creating transparency for data-based decisions
• You proactively contribute to projects and drive the further development of controlling processes – especially in the context of the upcoming S/4HANA implementation

Qualifications

• Completed business administration degree with a focus on controlling, finance, or accounting
• Several years of experience in controlling, ideally with a focus on production controlling
• Proficient SAP FICO knowledge and experience with ERP systems
• Very good MS Office skills, especially in Excel
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as an independent, structured way of working
• Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud or other BI tools is a plus
