About the Position

Tasks

• Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports including forecasts and deviation analyses
• Planning and accompaniment of the budgeting process
• Development and further development of KPI systems and reporting structures
• Penetration of business-related questions and derivation of concrete recommendations for action
• Tight cooperation with departments to steer operational and strategic target values
• Support for digitalization projects in the finance department

Qualification

• Degree in Business Administration, Controlling, Finance or comparable
• Solid professional experience in controlling, preferably in a medium-sized or manufacturing environment
• Very good Excel skills; experience with BI tools or ERP systems is advantageous
• High analytical competence, structured working style and high-quality awareness
• Ability to prepare complex issues clearly and address them appropriately
