We are looking for an engaged personality in Controlling (m/w/d), who takes on group-wide responsibility and together with us drives the future of our MVZ structure economically.

Aufgaben

• Group-wide Controlling over all MVZ units of the holding
• Tight coordination with accountants of individual units; monitoring and further development of financial processes
• Operative Controlling as well as ongoing financial planning
• Participation in budget planning & forecasting
• Integration and economic steering of acquired partner practices (Post-Merger-Prozesses)
• Establishment and further development of Controlling and reporting structures (KPI-reports, Soll-Ist-Vergleiche, Abweichungsanalysen)
• Collaboration with Finance and Controlling team on group-wide topics
• Preparation of financial analyses, scenarios, and well-founded recommendations for the management board and direct holding team

Qualifikation

• Studies in the field of BWL, Finance, Controlling
• Professional experience (3-4 years) in Controlling – ideally in the Healthcare sector or in a holding structure
• Very good understanding of financial systems and BI tools, reporting and accounting
• Safe handling with LucaNet and DATEV knowledge are advantageous
• Analytical and structured working style with high solution orientation
• Communication strength, team ability, and hands-on mentality
• Pleasure in actively shaping processes and further developing them
