DasTeam - Responsibility for controlling closures and financial key figures of the entire Packaging and Analytics & Sorting divisions. Support for country organizations and their operational departments. Conducting specific analyses and initiating optimization measures. Analysis and review of business cases / ad-hoc projects, and derivation of recommendations. Active management of planning processes for the entire division. Development and digitalization of business/controlling processes. Ensuring compliance with transfer price guidelines in global business relationships within the group. Point of contact for regular internal and external audits. Participation in exciting projects as part of the internationalization strategy. We expect: - Completed degree in business administration. - Several years of experience in production controlling in an industrial environment (absolutely necessary). - Excellent communication skills combined with analytical thinking. - Initiative, engagement, flexibility, and team spirit. - Experience working with matrix organizations. - Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP is advantageous). - Very good English and German language skills are absolutely necessary.
