Job description

As Business Partner:in in the Group Finance Team, you will establish financial control of an important and internationally established sales area with a focus on retail actively. Together with the Sales Management, you will strategically develop group-wide controlling - analyze, structure, and make complex relationships controllable. The position is to be filled as part of a parental leave replacement, but offers the prospect of long-term cooperation. In this role, you will also work closely with the Controlling Team at the Radolfzell location, which is characterized by its collegiate and supportive collaboration.

Aufgaben

  • Establishment and further development of a group-wide sales controlling for the Sales Retail area to ensure transparency in terms of revenue, margin, and costs
  • Closely collaborate with the Sales Retail Management to analyze sales-relevant processes and identify efficiency and growth potential
  • Accompany strategic measures, such as offer calculation/pricing, portfolio management, sales costs or structural development
  • Participation in monthly closings: verification of revenue reduction and sales costs
  • Supportive activity in the Controlling team that falls within the Sales Retail responsibility area
  • Coordination of budgeting and forecasting process (revenue, DB1, sales costs) for Sales Retail at the group level
  • Accompany regional-specific investments and projects as a business economics partner:in
  • Support in introducing SAP-based offer calculation and BI-supported reporting solutions

Qualifikation

  • Degree in business administration (FH, Uni) or further education with focus on finance/controlling
  • Multiple years of relevant work experience in controlling with focus on sales performance - ideally in an international environment or the consumer goods industry
  • Very good knowledge of SAP FI/CO and BI tools
  • Analytical thinking, high numerical affinity, and ability to present complex issues clearly
  • Proactive, solution-oriented personality with team spirit and communication strength
  • Fluent German and English skills
