Controller Manager

We are looking for a Controller Manager to work together with our dynamic client - a growing production company. The job responsibilities include:

• Developing and implementing controlling strategies for the company (commercial and production areas) - creating procedures and processes in the department,
• BUILDING a team of several people and coordinating their work,
• Preparing financial forecasts, annual budgets, and medium-term plans,
• Creating and analyzing reports on operational efficiency, profitability, cost structure, product and customer profitability, investment feasibility, and cost optimization,
• Identifying key areas of cost generation and initiating actions to improve operational efficiency,
• Developing analytical tools and models supporting strategic decision-making,
• Active cooperation with the Management Board, other departments (finance, accounting, production, procurement, sales),

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of professional experience in controlling, gained in a production company, industrial or manufacturing and trading sector (preferably in an SME),
• Experience on an analogous position or expert, coordinating role,
• Mileage English language skills,
• Highest economic education,
• Able to build from scratch controlling systems and KPIs and implement them,
• Good understanding of production processes, sales, and operational processes,
• Familiarity with MS Office (especially Excel) and ERP systems (knowledge of the Enova system will be an additional asset),
• Mileage Power BI skills,
• Willingness to work on-site in a production unit of the company in Zabrze,
• Highly developed interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills.
