Controller / Logistics Controller / Production Controller (w/m/d) mit SAP & BI-Tools

We are looking for an experienced developer for a well-established, nationally and internationally positioned company with its headquarters in the Großraum Wuppertal. We are seeking a LOGISTIKCONTROLLER or PRODUKTIONSCONTROLLER (W/M/D) for a permanent and unlimited employment contract directly with the company (staffing agency, fixed employment relationship from the start, no temporary work!).

The manufacturing company employs 2,400 employees, is represented in 62 countries, and has around 61,000 products in its portfolio.

Depending on your knowledge and experience, you can earn up to €85,000 per year here.

After successful integration, you have the option for a home office portion of two days per week.

All subsequent designations are directed at all genders.

Aufgaben

• Your main task is operational logistics controlling with very large data volumes.
• Your key tasks include KPI evaluations around pick-and-pack processes, inventory levels and -fill rates, throughput times, and employee productivity.
• A significant part of your work consists of acquiring, preparing, and combining raw data from various systems.
• In addition, you will perform monthly reporting using BI tools and their continuous optimization or automation, ad-hoc analyses (e.g., on utilization rates) as well as cost-benefit analyses and investment calculations.
• You will also assist in budget planning.
• You will be a consulting expert for logistics leadership and site leadership, among others, regarding further improvements, e.g., at inventory levels and automation.
• You will provide valuable support during the upcoming introduction of SAP EWM for warehouse management.
• In addition, you will have project tasks, such as further process optimization.

Qualifikation

• Whether young or old, whether inexperienced or experienced: What's important is that you're enthusiastic about the task!
• You have ideal experience in logistics controlling, alternatively in production controlling.
• You have solid user knowledge in SAP, BI tools, and MS Excel. For learning additional programs, you have a high IT affinity.
• You communicate verbally and in writing very well both in German and English for regular meetings with colleagues in the UK.
• You are willing to work regularly and alternately at the two locations in the Großraum Wuppertal, which are about 20 km apart.
• We'd rather not mention any further personal attributes here and would like you as a person. What's important is that you have a liking for nice colleagues and are an absolute team player who wants to develop professionally.
