Industrial Controller

Orienta Orienta Spa, Benefit Company, subsidiary of San Bonifacio, selects for a client company in Bedizzole (BS) an industrial controller. The resource will interface with the General Management, Commercial Area, Administration, Production Manager, Procurement Office, as well as external consultants in accounting and tax matters. It will have the task of ensuring the correct preparation of the company's budget, periodic reports, and economic-gestional analyses to support management. Main activities: - Preparation of the company's budget and subsequent revisions - Elaboration, verification, and consolidation of financial data - Analysis of deviations between budget and accounts, with identification of determining causes - Updating and configuring the company's Management Control system, proposing improvements to models, drivers, and cost allocation logics - Product and process costing, break-even point determination - Analysis of profitability and industrial margins by article, product line, market or commercial area - Production of economic-gestional reports to support strategic decisions - Support for inventory activities and asset valuation - Collaboration with various company functions for correct management of information flows. Requirements: - Degree preferably in Industrial Engineering; also considering applications with a degree in economics-financial field - Previous experience as an industrial controller, preferably in industrial or manufacturing contexts - Excellent knowledge of product and process costing logics - Competences in economic-financial control - Solid data analysis skills and excellent familiarity with gestional systems - Analytical attitude, precision, autonomy, and transverse relationship capacity.
