About the Company

Our client is a well-established healthcare network in the Berlin-Brandenburg metropolitan region with multiple hospital locations and over 2,000 employees. The network covers 18 medical specialties and operates a comprehensive health center with numerous specialist practices, a regional rescue service, and other health facilities.

Tasks

• Development and further development of internal reporting and regular reports (quality reports, business planning, annual accounts)
• Conducting cost-center and investment calculations
• Prior and post-processing, as well as active participation in budget and remuneration negotiations
• Preparation of statutory reports and statistics according to sector-specific requirements
• Participation in strategic financial decisions with direct design scope

Qualification

• Completed degree in business administration or equivalent vocational training with relevant further education
• Several years of experience in controlling, preferably in the healthcare or hospital sector
• Very secure handling of MS Excel, experience with ERP or data warehouse systems is advantageous
• Analytical thinking, structured working method, and high sense of responsibility
