Financial Controller

The Financial Controller position will be responsible for leading the planning, control and financial analysis of the company, ensuring governance, operational efficiency and strategic support to business decisions. The professional will act directly in the construction civil and incorporation segment, with a focus on MCMV projects, requiring strong knowledge of program rules, financing models and cash flow peculiarities of the sector. Main Responsibilities Coordinate the planning and control of financial resources, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements; Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives; Analyze and interpret financial data to inform decision-making; Provide financial guidance and support to management and other stakeholders; Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial reports and statements; Collaborate with internal departments to identify and mitigate financial risks; Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, including banks and investors; Coordinate the development of financial models and forecasts to support business planning; Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements; Provide training and guidance to team members on financial matters; Participate in the development of company-wide financial policies and procedures.
