Your Role with Us:

You want to actively steer and strategically develop our business with numbers and analyses? Then you're exactly right at benuta!

We are looking for a committed person who will be responsible for financial and strategic controlling and actively influence our business. You will work closely with Marketing, Procurement, Logistics, and the CFO to shape the further development of our controlling.

Your Tasks:

• You will be responsible for financial and strategic controlling, including budget, forecast, and liquidity planning.
• You will analyze sales, costs, margins, and contribution margins and develop our e-commerce and marketing controlling further (e.g., CAC, CLV, RoAS).
• You will conduct business cases, scenario, and investment calculations.
• You will optimize reporting, analysis, and forecast processes, including KI-based tools, and create management reports as clear decision-making bases for the management board.
• You will work closely with the departments to drive data-based decisions forward.

Job Requirements:

Your Profile:

• You have a degree in finance and at least 3 years of experience in controlling, ideally in e-commerce, retail, or FMCG.
• You have a very good understanding of business economic relationships and KPIs.
• You have experience with ERP systems (e.g., Sage 100) and BI tools (e.g., Minubo).
• You already use KI tools in controlling for automating reports, forecasts, and analyses.
• You communicate clearly, think entrepreneurially, and work structured and result-oriented.
• You have very good German and at least good English skills in writing and speaking.
