Management Controller

NtW, an Italian company operating in the field of personnel search and selection, aims to satisfy client needs by offering personalized services. **Position**:
We are looking for a **Management Controller**. The Controller reports to the Sole Administrator and contributes to monitoring economic-financial performance, applying methods and techniques for accounting and financial needs assessments. Collaborates with the heads of various departments and with external interlocutors in the accounting and financial field. In particular, they are responsible for: - Developing procedures (also in the context of Organizational Models);
- Improving and proposing management tools;
- Participating in budget forecast meetings with the Purchasing and Sales teams;
- Regularly monitoring stock levels;
- Analysis and reporting from info-Business;
- PowerPoint presentations and market data analysis;
- Possible projects and involvements: cash flow reporting, participation in ERP implementation, management reporting in collaboration with the teams. Classification and contract commensurate with experience. Work location: Milan. Hybrid work, on-site and agile. Possibility of part-time. **Requirements**:
REQUIREMENTS:
Has experience in management control gained in market-oriented companies. Holds a degree in economics. Speaks fluent English. Plus: also speaks fluent French. Is an advanced user of IT tools in general, especially Excel. An analytical mind, precision, and flexibility, reliability, and determination complete the profile.
