Controller

Objective: The Controller will lead the accounting, financial reporting, and controllership function in Mexico, supporting the consolidation of two business units and ensuring compliance with corporate policies and regulatory requirements. This role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial statements, driving an efficient financial close process, and aligning local reporting with corporate standards. The Controller will work closely with the FP&A team to ensure alignment of local reporting with corporate standards. Additionally, this role will be responsible for managing the accounting and finance teams in Mexico, providing guidance and support as needed. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Mexican GAAP and experience working with international companies.
